Ready products may be reviewed for return or replacement if they arrive incorrect or with a clear issue.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos showing the issue.
Custom or printed orders made to customer specifications cannot be returned after approval and production starts, except in case of a clear mistake from our side.
The suitable solution is agreed on WhatsApp: replacement, compensation, or order review depending on the case.
Any shipping cost related to return or replacement is confirmed according to the reason for the issue.
